MCWB-16 Iron / Concrete weighbridge is suitable for weighing vehicles and work vehicles with a capacity of up to 60 tons. It is suitable for underground installations. The structure is composed of independent elements in concrete which, in addition to facilitating transport and assembly, allows for stability over time and guarantees correct functioning even in the presence of natural settlements of the foundations. The determination of the weight is guaranteed by the electronic system, made with 6 or 8 load cells connected to the weight detection terminal, which in turn is equipped with a printer.

The production of carpentry and reinforced concrete is carried out directly at our. factories, to ensure quality and control during the production process.
To avoid the breaking of the edges of the pit contour, due to the oscillation of the weighbridge during the transit of vehicles, the platform is surrounded, during the casting phase, by a 50x50x5 mm corner section complete with internal clamps welded directly to the reinforcement cage .
The structure is equipped with special hooks for lifting and positioning so as to be able to perform an easy installation and eventual removal in case of movement.
The whole scale is hot dip galvanized for a zinc thickness of about 40 mircon.
The scale is equipped with inspection hatches in correspondence with the load cells in order to facilitate all maintenance operations; the cables run inside iron pipes welded to the various panels in order to avoid any damage by rodents.
