\nIt is carried out on a periodic basis prescribed for each type of instrument and is reported in the D.M. 93\/2017.<\/p>\n
The activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n The periodic verification of measuring instruments is the mandatory periodic check prescribed and regulated by law and consists in ascertaining the metrological reliability, as well as the presence \/ integrity of the seals, the CE-M marking and compliance with the maximum tolerated errors.<\/p>\n Periodic Verification can only be performed on approved measuring instruments.<\/p>\n Metrological Booklet:<\/strong><\/p>\n With the verification mark, the metrological booklet is compiled, updated or issued, a single document for each scale.<\/p>\n The results:<\/strong><\/p>\n The positive outcome of the Periodic Verification is certified by applying a special green mark showing the reference of the Inspection Body and the expiration date of the next Verification. \nIf the instrument does not comply with the maximum allowed errors provided for by the legislation, a red mark will consequently be affixed which prohibits its use until the necessary repair of the instrument.<\/p>\n
